Order Policies:

0. Customer Credit Reference: The supplier has the right to: (a) Conduct a customer credit check through a credit agency and record their information. (b) Monitor the customer’s credit performance and send that information to credit agencies. (c) By placing an order, the customer agrees to the execution of these checks.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): a. The minimum order quantity is one 20-foot container (approximately 20 tons). Smaller orders may be accepted based on specific conditions and prior approval. b. All orders will only be finalized after our written confirmation.

2. Returns and Cancellations: a. For bulk orders (20 tons or more), cancellations are not allowed once production or shipping has commenced. b. For smaller orders, cancellation terms will be specified in the contract.

3. As all orders are custom-made, cancellations are not possible after cutting the product unless the company breaches its obligations.

4. If you wish to cancel the order or change the color/type of the stone, this must be communicated in writing. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the patterning.

5. If the customer cancels after the product has been processed or materials have been sourced, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied.

6. If the company determines, after reviewing the technical conditions, that the order cannot be fulfilled, it may cancel the order and refund the payment.

7. All claims related to defective products must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. If the defect is confirmed by the company, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery; if no defect is reported within the specified time, no claim will be accepted.

8. In case of an issue, the company’s liability will be limited to the amount paid for the order, and no additional damages will be paid.

Force Majeure for Deliveries: We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Storage of Goods in Case of Delay:

  • If delivery is delayed, the customer must pay storage and insurance fees.

Contract Cancellation Conditions: The customer cannot cancel the contract without the written agreement of the supplier.

Payment Policies:

1. Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved online platforms. Cheques are not accepted.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payments are to be made according to the contract, and may include:
    • Advance payment.
    • Payment upon delivery.
    • Installments for eligible customers.

Payment Timeline:

  • The customer must make payments on time.

Late Payments:

  • In case of late payment, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the order.

Late Payment Interest:

  • The customer is required to pay interest on late payments according to the Late Payment Act 1998.

3. Advance Payments:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the contract. The percentage and terms of the advance payment will be clearly stated in individual contracts.

4. Currency:

  • Product prices are quoted in GBP, and VAT will be calculated accordingly. Shipping and insurance costs may be calculated in USD and converted according to HMRC’s official exchange rate.

5. Invoices:

  • Invoices are issued electronically or physically and include all financial details and order specifics. VAT and other relevant taxes are listed separately.

6. Payment Disputes:

  • In case of a payment issue, customers must notify us in writing and explain the issue. We will first attempt to resolve it through discussion or mediation. If necessary, an independent arbitrator will make the decision. If goods are not delivered as agreed, refunds will be made within 30 days after the dispute resolution process.

7. Payment Liabilities:

7.1. In case of an issue, we will:

  • Replace or repair the defective product.
  • Refund the payment.

7.2. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit or business closure.

8. Late Payments:

  • Late payments will incur interest according to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998: 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

8. Products remain our property until full payment is made.

Delivery Policies:

1. We have a contract with a reputable transport company to deliver goods directly from the factory to your location. You can choose the approximate delivery day. On the delivery day, the delivery team may contact you an hour before arrival.

2. Delivery vehicles are equipped with a pallet lift system to unload products at street level. Please ensure there is enough space for unloading.

3. Delivery does not include product installation and setup, which is the customer’s responsibility.

4. If access to the delivery address is restricted, goods will only be delivered to the curb.

5. If the delivery location is empty at the time of delivery, the driver will wait for 15 minutes, after which the delivery will be considered unsuccessful. In this case, additional charges for re-delivery will apply.

6. Domestic (UK) and international delivery services are available. Delivery costs and timing details will be outlined in the contract.

7. For international deliveries, customs clearance and final logistics within the UK may be handled by third-party companies.

8. All delivery dates are approximate, and delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs issues) are not the company’s responsibility.

9. If, for any reason, the customer is not ready to receive the product, additional charges for re-shipping or storage will apply.

10. Delivery dates are approximate and may change. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may request cancellation.

11. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

12. Legal and physical ownership of the goods remains with the supplier until full payment is made by the customer.

13. The customer can resell the goods in their business activities, but all proceeds from the sale must be paid to the supplier until the full amount is settled.

Disclaimer:

Product Nature:

  • Our products are made from natural stone, so there may be slight variations in color and texture between batches.
  • Due to lighting differences in photography, the actual product color may differ slightly from the image.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the quality of products or services provided, and we are not liable for any mismatch with your expectations.
  • We have made every effort to display the product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will display them correctly, as the color and pattern of the stone may appear different after installation. Factors such as lighting and installation angle can affect the final appearance. Claims regarding this will not be accepted.
  • Natural products like marble and granite may have natural color differences, minor defects, and size differences compared to the samples provided.
  • If these differences are important to you, you can inspect the product before cutting at our production unit or with the supplier. If you do not inspect, cancellation after product cutting is not possible. Please inform us in writing if you wish to request an inspection. Otherwise, you accept the materials, and no claims will be accepted.
  • Product descriptions and specifications are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • Measurement accuracy, thickness, and dimensions may have minor variations.
  • Some stones may have irregularities due to the finishing process, which cannot be avoided. By placing the order, you accept these issues.
  • We are not liable for death or injury caused by negligence.

While we cooperate with couriers and customs companies, we are only responsible for the logistics chain under our direct control.
